It was a pleasure doing business with Naek Construction. I met Rashid close to 30 years ago through Mr. Robert Mero. Before building the Cathedral we had conferred with several contractors none of whom gave us the positive advice as did Rashid. He is a man of integrity and those who work for him carry that legacy. The Housing Authority of the Town of Stafford has been fortunate to have selected NAEK Construction as our General Contractor for the construction of a 79-unit affordable housing project. Naek has excellent communication with the owner as well as all members of the development team. Naek is professional and courteous to our residents’ needs. They show up at our weekly meetings on time and prepared. They even find time to meet with us when issues arise in between meetings. They have been flexible and willing to help with the intricate details involved in a multi-million-dollar job that has numerous funders including the State of Connecticut, DOH and CHFA. In a time when contractors are known for being less than dependable, NAEK breaks the stereotype.
